Position
A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Office Manager at Kemflo Canada. This candidate needs to be able to wear multiple hats and be experienced with handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and work independently with little or no supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Support manufacturing activities such as CRM implementation and maintenance.
- Inventory management, involved with scheduled cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and monitor inventory levels to ensure consistent levels of resin, raw material, components, and finished goods are on hand.
- Generate purchase orders for raw material and components.
- Inside sales/Quoting/ Customer Retention
- Conduct periodic meetings with suppliers to ensure product availability and to communicate changing demand issues. Assist in negotiating supply terms and participate in pricing/contract discussions.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn and work with different software (ex. ERP, CRM)
- Good memory for learning products and part numbers along with other aspects of the business.
- Experience in product costing.
- Experience with arranging freight and international custom documentation.
- Experience in working with customers and troubleshooting problems.
- Communicating with production and participating in production planning to cater to customer’s needs.
- Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with Kemflo’s products and services.

Education and Experience Requirements

- 2-3 years as an office manager pertinent to manufacturing.
- Experience in regulated industry (FDA, CSA, ISO).
- Proficient with Microsoft office software
- Experience in business-to-business industry.
